Compensation for this role is based on relevant skills, experience, and current market conditions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,500–$87,000, with $87,000 (annual base salary plus benefits) being the absolute maximum offered for this role. We are unable to go above this range.*

We're excited to welcome new team members and are only considering candidates based in Washington State. While this engagement is primarily remote, we do ask for individuals who would be open to going onto client site in Redmond, WA on an "as-needed basis".

  • This is a 6-month contract, with opportunity for extension.
  • This is a primarily remote opportunity, but we ask for flexibility to travel to client site in Redmond, WA when needed.

As a Junior Compliance Project Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Support SOE (State Owned Entity Program) intake by triaging requests, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with compliance and governance workflows, including policy adherence, documentation review, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Program Management
  • Maintain and update SOE documentation, trackers, and process artifacts to ensure consistency and clarity
  • Identify risks, gaps, and trends within SOE workflows and surface insights or recommendations proactively
  • Support process improvements to streamline operations and improve stakeholder experience
  • Provide status updates, reporting, and operational metrics related to SOE program health
  • Ensure all work aligns with standards, policies, and data-handling requirements of the organization

  • You enjoy improving processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing stakeholder experience rather than just executing tasks as-is.
  • You care deeply about doing things the right way and are committed to working within standards, policies, and data-handling requirements.

Requirements

You have:

  • Experience supporting  compliance within a large, matrixed organization
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling  sensitive or regulated information
  • Proven ability to  identify risks, red flags, and issues early , and escalate appropriately with sound judgment
  • Self-starter mindset with a demonstrated ability to  identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-team collaboration
  • Demonstrated understanding of  risk domains , with strong preference for exposure to  anti-corruption, ethics, or government-related compliance
  • Comfort working across cross-functional teams such as  Legal, Finance, Procurement, Contracting, Vetting, and Operations
  • Ability to proactively engage stakeholders (e.g., field or sales teams) to manage  renewals, expiring vetting results, or compliance dependencies

You might also have:

  • Prior experience supporting  Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs at enterprise level companies
  • Consulting experience on a Microsoft Account preferred ​
