We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Account Coordinator to support account operations and ensure seamless coordination between products, clients, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across account activities.

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities related to assigned product accounts
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure account alignment
Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and reporting
Support account planning and execution to meet client and business objectives
Monitor account performance and assist with process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team setting
Proficiency with standard office and data management tools
