Nephrologist – Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) | Remote (USA – California Preferred)

California candidates preferred, but open to other states

About the Role:

We are looking for a US-licensed Nephrologist to remotely monitor dialysis and chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients through a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.

You will monitor patients from home , review clinical data, guide care plans, and collaborate with dialysis centers and care teams — no in-person visits required .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely monitor dialysis & CKD patients using RPM tools
  • Review vitals, alerts, and patient health trends
  • Provide clinical oversight and timely interventions
  • Coordinate with dialysis centers and care teams
  • Support improved patient outcomes from a remote setting

Who Can Apply:

  • MD / DO with Nephrology specialization
  • Active US medical license (California a plus)
  • Experience with dialysis patients preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth / RPM platforms
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
